I much appreciate your ability to write with clarity, thoughtfulness and sensitivity in talking about aspects of our work where we may be holding different experiences, beliefs and values, with respect, curiosity and courage. Thank you for sharing so openly

Thank you Sue for this. I appreciate you standing your ground and writing so clearly. One thing, in LGBT groups I attended 20 years ago, 'internalised homophobia' was offered to LGBT folks themselves, as a way of explaining negative introjects (beliefs and perceptions) we'd picked up from society about not fitting in. It was for our own personal development and benefit, not directed at others.
