Sure, there are multiple examples of bodily self-mutilation to be found in different religions, sects and historical periods - my particular interest is in the link with with WPATH and its Standards of Care. The case history by Kasten reads to me very much as a partisan apologia and justification for authorising amputation to relieve BID. The identity of the subject in the case study is thinly disguised and easily open to deductive identification. My question would be: is Kasten linked to the phenomenon he claims to be studying?

Thank you for your comment Jo…nefarious indeed…and as you say COSRT is playing its role in unquestioningly affirming all forms of kink, BDSM, sex with animals, ‘the next generation’ etc…and matter of factly told seminar members that golden retrievers are the most popular breed of dog…
